The Illinois Lodge

The Illinois facility is officially called the “Kinderhook Lodge”.  This hunting lodge is over 12,500 square feet, sporting 15 bathrooms and 15 bedrooms.  The facility is located on Pikes Peak Ocean Notion Trail, which was the main migratory route used to settle the “Old West”.  In fact an ancient stage coach stop was located close to the house.  The Owners, include Mr. and Mrs. Merritt Sprague, and Andy Sprague.  Mr. Sprague served the United States Government as an advisor to President Ronald Reagan.  Andy Sprague is a sixth generation farmer of the family farm and a graduate of the University of Illinois .

The Bush Lodge

The Missouri facility is officially called the “Bush Lodge”.  This hunting lodge was built by the Amish Folks and bares the craftsmanship only a real contractor could appreciate.  It features a “Recreational Room’ with Big Screen Television and Texas Hold Em Poker Table along with many fine rooms in separate buildings on the premises so the Recreational Room noise doesn’t disturb someone wanting to go to bed early.  The lodge features hand cooked and very tasty meals, along with a huge pond full of big crappie and bass.  Its in a Country Setting as well.  The Great Room has dozens of animal mounts on display for your viewing pleasure and a toasty fireplace to keep you warm while your shooting the breeze with other hunters.

The Iowa Lodge

The Iowa facility is located in Promise City, Iowa of Zone 5 of Iowa where the Boone and Crockett Record Books are being rewritten as we speak. This establishment was erected in 2008 and is functional however due to heavy record rainfalls we were unable to hang the cedar siding. Here you can feel downhome welcome with Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Swan who have been Iowa Residents their entire lives. The Swans have an elegant background in the community and have run a very successful restaurant and other business’s locally for many years. Oh boy does Mrs. Swann know how to cook. Mr. Swan also is a great builder and has this setup so only two people are in a room together in this out of the way location near Promise City, Iowa. The closest airport is Des Moines, Iowa.

The Iowa lodge has over a dozen bedrooms as well as three 4 Star mini cabins for those hunters wanting to escape the lodge environment totally and make a complete hunt from a site that is totally private and away from the facility. Many great deer inhabit the walls of this location, and up the road from the lodge after you tag out on your whitetail you may pay to hunt a SCI Bison in a 1000 acre high fence if desired, or take on some wild local pheasants. Iowa has much to offer.

Kansas Lodging

Erected in 2006, Garnett Inn and Suites, is located right on US 169 in Garnett, Kansas .  Garnett Inn and Suites is the newest lodging in the area featuring 24 guest rooms, an exercise facility, and a lounge.  Singles, Doubles, and Specialty King Suites are at your fingertips.  Some rooms even have whirlpools.  Spacious beds with meal tickets to the finest restaraunts in the area come along with you hunt in Kansas , Unit 11.  Large desks with adjustable tilt desk chairs.  Meeting area for small business or social gatherings.  Refrigerator & microwaves in all rooms.  Rooms also equipped with 27" remote flat screen TV'S.
