While the majority service of IMB is to assist hunters with the help of professional guides in the harvest of trophy game, some sportsmen prefer to obtain “exclusive” hunt rights to given farms. This is commonly called, “land leasing”. This action enables the hunter to pursue trophy whitetail and other species on a given land tract all year long on an unlimited basis. No other person can access the ground, unless they are provided with permission from the lessor, as the lessor controls all hunts rights for one calendar year. IMB Outfitters provides a program for this need. Simply put, you lease a farm that IMB only allows you, or persons you name, to hunt on an unlimited basis for a one time price per acre.
Each season we contract out a few, and only a few “exclusive land leases” to the American Outdoorsman. The program begins with our professional staff inspecting farms for high quality hunting of whitetail and turkey. If those farms are approved with a high quality rating by our staff, then we sublease them to a hunter or group of hunters, only after a thorough application is submitted. The leases are priced per acre and only a few are offered each season by IMB Outfitters throughout the Midwestern states of Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, and Kansas. Acreage prices or lease prices vary due to the laws of supply and demand in a given area.
This process is complete by filling out a simple application, which IMB Outfitters screens. All farms are leased on a first come first serve basis once the applicant is approved by IMB Management. The applicant is ask for references to verify the integrity of the lessor. In short, we want to make sure our land tracts that are leased for an entire season to one person, or group of people are awarded unto persons of high quality. We want to make sure that during the life of the land lease the lessor refrains from littering, trespassing, violating the law, and or any other acts that would cause damage to the relationship between IMB Outfitters, the community, the lessor, and the landowner. This application will ask for a “Lease Selection Number”. This is the number which accompanies our listings, to determine which specific lease you prefer. IMB Property 1
This 297 acre tract Adams County, Illinois (The County that borders reknown Pike County, Illinois) is unique in that it holds 6 Triple Funnels. This tract has the most exceptional topographical advantages of almost any farm I have ever seen. This tract holds some of the largest whitetail bucks in the area and serves as a general funnel to the huge blocks of timber that surround it. Prior to this season it has been leased to one man who is an actor in Hollywood. This piece is “pristine”, and a must for all whitetail lessors. Don’t hesitate on this one fellas. In the event you wish to increase the acreage it connects to another piece which you can lease that is 171 acres which is around 60% timber. The two pieces together would be a goldmine.

IMB Property 2 – LEASED
This 171 acre tract lies in Pike County, Illinois. The number one County in the Nation for bucks in the record books. This tract holds monster deer and is awesome. 60% timber. In the event you wish to increase the acreage it connects to another piece which you can lease that is 297 acres which is around 20% timber which has 6 triple funnels. The two pieces together would be a goldmine, or can be leased separately.
IMB Property 3
This 408 acre tract is phenomenal. One of the best in all of Pike County, Illinois. A continuous 408 acres. Wow! As you can see it is 50% timber and the rest is row crops. This piece will put monster bucks in your lap. Truly an amazing place. Tags are easy to obtain. The tract will lease first come first serve.
IMB Property 4
This 278 acres in Pike County, Illinois is 55% timber with the rest being row crops. There is a big drop tine buck on this tract that is Boone and Crockett. (You’ll have to make the shot.) This tract is sitting in the #1 County in the Nation for number of bucks in all record books. Guaranteed satfisfaction.

IMB Property 5 – LEASED
This 296 acre farm holds huge white oak timber surrounded by agricultural crops. What a wonderful piece with 3 MONSTER funnels. (Two on the west end, and one on the East end.) If you can’t lay down big bucks on this then your not trying. A beautiful setup here. First come first serve.

IMB Property 6 – LEASED
255 Acres of some of the best land in Pike County, Illinois. This is the number 1 County in the Nation for number of deer in all record books. This 255 acre tract will work well for several hunters as its timber is spread out in different pockets of the farm. Truly a gem to hunt. The piece looks smaller on the map because it lays so large I couldn’t get it on a larger display map without running off the screen. This piece hunts very big.
IMB Property 7
This 160 acre tract makes things affordable and is nothing short of awesome. This little gem is 60% agricultural crops and 40% timber. This piece is “chocked” full of monster bucks and is surrounded by huge pieces of big timber. Don’t hesitate on this piece. Located in Pike County Illinois.
Lessors will be given first rights for re-lease the following year if IMB Outfitters is satisfied with the ethics employed during the previous year of lease.
