IMB Outfitters offers trophy whitetail deer hunting in North Central Missouri. Missouri is the “sleeper” state of the package. Most often times when we acquire a property for whitetail hunting in Missouri it has seen no previous archery pressure at all, and little or no firearms pressure. Missouri ranks as the #5 State in the Nation according to the Pope and Young and Boone and Crockett Record Books. IMB Owner, Darrin Bradley, states, “Missouri is a silent giant of a whitetail state. Our Missouri farms are virtually undiscovered territory and often times house the largest whitetail trophies of any of the 3 States we hunt. Because the two Counties we hunt in Missouri were under an strict antler restriction for many year there are some real “bruisers” hiding in the undiscovered woodlots of Missouri.” In Missouri we offer over 650 treestand, ground blind, box blind, ladder stands, and tripod locations on over 31,000 acres. (Most of this is spooky river bottom land with an abundance of rich agricultural crops and big white oak lots.)
Northern Missouri is producing monstrous whitetail bucks due to an 8 point antler restriction rule implemented by the Missouri Department of Conservation in 2005. Missouri is also the only State in the Midwest where hunters can rifle hunt during the peak of the rut. The Missouri archery season begins as early as September 15 yielding the best early season hunting of any State in the Midwest. Hunters can use crossbows during archery season without having a disability.
The State of Missouri allows rifle hunting during the peak of the rut. The first rifle season opens the 2nd Saturday morning of November, while the Missouri Deer Hunting 2nd Gun hunt opens a week later. The firearms tags are obtained over the counter at local sporting good stores or online. Tags are guaranteed and only cost $200. Hunters can harvest 1 buck and 2 does with a rifle.
Northern Missouri is simply a marvellous archery hunt. Most generally seasons in Missouri are exceeding 130% shot success rate. Missouri archery tags are obtained over the counter at local sporting good stores or online. The archery season runs from September 15th to January 15th. The best dates of archery or crossbow hunting are Sept 15-19 or the first 5 days of season. Rut dates fall between Oct. 25 and Nov. 9 with bow or crossbow.
Missouri offers a muzzleloader only hunting season in late December that is marvellous. During this time of year whitetail deer are forced to come to the food source and are in large herds to share body heat, making deer sighting one of the most opportune times of the year. Hunters may choose any 4 days to pursue trophy whitetails with muzzleloader only during these times mentioned below. The tag is obtained over the counter at local sporting good stores or online. Tags are guaranteed. Missouri has proved to be the place to hunt for late season muzzleloader enthusiasts, producing high success rates. Above all we had to do was setup over food plots and wait for animals to come in the food source provided.
We calculate success rates by dividing the number of trophy buck or 130 inch whitetail buck shot opportunities reported by our hunters, by the number of hunters we take each year in that particular state. Please refer to the success rates page for the latest information. NOTE: No promise or guaranteed shots at trophy bucks are made by IMB Outfitters.

Quality Deer Management Program:
In order to produce large whitetail bucks we have to protect our smaller up and coming bucks from being shot. Thus you must harvest a buck that scores over 130 inches. If you shoot a buck that is missing a tine or is broke off we will score him as if he had it, but your buck must score a minimum of 130 inches gross score. If you shoot a buck under 130 inches a $750 fine is imposed with no hard feelings.
Trophy Hunting Areas:
For the past few years we have been saving farms that we have insisted hunters take a buck scoring over 145 inches. We call these areas trophy farms. We do not expect you to hunt these areas unless you are truly after a monster whitetail. The trophy farms will enhance your chances of taking the buck of a lifetime. You must specifically request to be placed on a trophy area. In order to hunt one of these trophy areas the hunter must agree to refrain from shooting a whitetail buck under 145 inches. If the hunter is on a trophy area with the 145 inch minimum at his own request and shoots a buck scoring under 145 inches there is a $1500 fine. Only a limited number of hunters will be allowed to hunt what we are referring to as “trophy areas”. Hunters that choose to pursue trophy whitetail bucks on the trophy areas are mandated to pay an additional $250 for their hunt. We charge a very small fee to access the trophy areas which is used for food plots, and minerals.
Missouri Deer Hunting Prices:
HUNT PRICES ARE INCLUSIVE OF MEALS AND LODGING. However, all Annual Pass, State Pass, and Lifetime Pass holders are responsible to pay for their own lodging.
NOTE: Various hunts are for different lengths of time. For example archery hunts are 5 days, firearm hunts are 4 days, and late muzzleloader hunts are 4 days. As a result, hunters will be awarded the same number of nights for lodging as the number of days their hunts are. Hunters wishing to purchase additional nights of lodging will be charged extra, per the lodge facility. (Normally $130 per hunter.)
- IMB Outfitters prefers to receive the final payment of each hunter's outstanding balance 45 days prior to arrival.
- Semi-guided hunts do not require a $500 deposit, but rather the entire amount is due in advance on a semi-guided hunt.
- When you book 4 hunters with IMB, the 5th hunter hunts for free. (The 5th person will be responsible to pay lodging cost.) A saving of up to $3200 on the 5th hunter.
- The State of Missouri mandates that a 8.6% sales tax be charged on each hunt.
- Taxes may be applicable on the lodging portion of the hunt price also.

Single Pass State:
IMB has devised a Single State Pass. This has been done upon popular request by hunters. A Single State Pass provides the hunter with unlimited hunt access year round for both turkey and whitetail deer hunting. In essence a hunter who purchases a Single State Pass can hunt that State as much as he or she desires. Full year round unlimited access. For example if a hunter would purchase a Missouri State Pass then the hunter can hunt Missouri for turkey and deer year round with unlimited access. Hunt all year long on an unlimited basis in any of our 5 States. Of course in Missouri the hunter could harvest an 2 bucks, unlimited does, and 4 turkeys. The State Pass provides a bonanza of unlimited hunting for one low price. The Single State Pass is much cheaper than a land lease and provides as much hunting as any hunter could imagine. In Illinois , a hunter can harvest 2 bucks and 2 turkeys. In Iowa, a hunter can harvest 1 buck and 1 turkey. The State Pass is the ultimate budget cut for the serious whitetail enthusiast as the cost is less than 2 hunts. COST: $7000
Lifetime Hunting In The Midwest:
IMB Outfitters currently runs trophy deer hunts from state of the art hunting lodges in Iowa, Illinois, and Missouri. IMB Outfitters is currently offering hunter or hunters the ability to be provided with unlimited hunting in all the States we conduct business for one lump price. Hunters that simply involve themselves in so many hunts that it would be more beneficial to buy in to unlimited hunting for whitetail, turkey, and predator as a “member” of IMB Outfitters may currently do so. Many hunters across America find themselves buying so many hunts that they would benefit from simply buying unlimited lifetime hunting for one set price. IMB Outfitters calls this becoming a “Platinum Rewards Member.” Any person that purchases unlimited lifetime hunting will simply be able to access any of our hunt camps in Illinois, Iowa, and Missouri with rifle, bow, crossbow, shotgun, or muzzleloader any time that they wish for the rest of their life for a one time payment of $45,000.00. Although a healthy sum to spend on hunting many hunters across America would save money with the purchase of unlimited lifetime hunting. Call or email Darrin Bradley, IMB President at 660-651-7900 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Ownership Oppertunities With IMB Outfitters:
IMB Outfitters also offers hunters the opportunity to become minority owners of our hunt service. A person that buys into the company receives unlimited hunting in all the States we do business for the rest of their life. Owners also earn annual profits thereby providing an investment opportunity in which hunting pays for itself. Those wishing to become minority owners of IMB Outfitters may call or email Darrin Bradley, IMB President at 660-651-7900 or email at email@example.com Minority ownership is a much greater opportunity than at consistently harvesting trophy whitetail deer and turkey hunts than buying a farm, or leasing as an owner earns profits thereby hunting is no longer costing you ongoing money but rather earning you money.
