RED HOT!
Posted On: February 25, 2010, 11:15 am You will notice on our website we are currently offering a 4 for 3 deal. This simply means you buy 4 hunts but only pay for 3 hunts. If you split the savings among your group you’ll see a decrease in your hunt price of around $500 or more per hunter. One might assume we are doing this to sell hunts because booking is slow. Quite the contrary. We are over 80% of the way booked at this time. In 13 years of business we have never booked hunts this quick, this early, EVER! To be candid my wife and I have decided to sell what hunts remain at a discount so we can just enjoy our summer watching big deer, fishing, and baseball.
Here are some hot deer hunting ideas for hunting with IMB Outfitters this fall as we are located in Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, Kansas, and Nebraska.
A. There are two secrets to let you in on regarding 2010 Missouri deer hunting. In Missouri we have signed over 15,000 new hunting acres for our hunters. The new hunt ground has never been leased nor outfitted, while over half of it hasn’t been hunted in over 6 years. For example the Buckston, Ratmiff, and Quaker Boy Turkey Call Farms, which are new to our program. These farms are nothing short of a mass of deer trails and big buck sign. You can tell by walking them out they haven’t been touched in years. They are almost spooky. However the biggest secret about 2010 Missouri deer hunting lies in the fact in 2009 the State of Missouri recorded a record low deer harvest during firearms season. In fact the lowest in gun harvest report in 24 years according to the Department of Conservation. The reason is because it rained through the 2009 gun season nonstop. This will mean twice to triple the deer populations in Missouri in 2010 and twice as many big bucks. I predict many boone and crockett animals will hit the dirt in Missouri in 2010 here at IMB Outfitters. In 2009, it was literally as if the State of Missouri did not even conduct a gun season because of the heavy rain. If you are a deer hunter you know what implications that puts on Missouri in 2010. Tons of big bucks. I’ve lived here in Missouri for 45 years and I can tell you that 2010 in Missouri will be nothing short of amazing.
B. Iowa is awesome with IMB in Zone 5 however I literally only have a handful of bookings left in Iowa. I personally like the 2nd Gun and Late Muzzleloader hunts because big bucks are starving and have to come to our food plots. During 2nd Gun last year the success rate may have been lower than 1st gun but out of 15 hunters they had 13 chances to shoot deer over 170 inches at less than 100 yards. Problem is many hunters brought shotguns to camp instead of muzzleloaders and the firing pins were freezing resulting in over two dozen misfires.
C. Kansas. We have never run deer hunts in Kansas prior to 2010 because we couldn't find the quality ground for whitetails we wanted. NOW WE HAVE DONE IT! We just signed up 12,000 acres of virgin hunt ground in famed Unit 11. Tags are easy to get and this ground has yet to be hunted. Never outfitted or leased before. I literally only have 6 gun hunts and 7 bow hunts left open.
D. In Illinois we have added Borrowman Farms as well as the Boneicki Farms which are literally some of the best hunting in Pike County Illinois. With these fine additions to our already high quality Pike County Illinois land tract package, you can surely bet that we are offering the best Illinois package in 2010.
E. Nebraska had never allowed non resident deer hunters with firearms until 3 years ago. Nebraska holds huge bucks. This state holds deer that simply keep you awake at night. We just signed a new 5000 acre tract that has never been outfitted before.
I attribute the success to God and my staff, however its very clear with the awards IMB has been fortunate to win in the hunt industry, over 12 years of service to the hunt industry, 36 major hunt companies that sponsor us, our booking rate that has exceeded 80% in mid February is making it clear that WHITETAIL HUNTERS HAVE FIGURED OUT THAT THE PROOF IS IN THE PUDDING SO TO SPEAK. WHILE OTHER OUTFITTERS MAY BE HAVING A ROUGH TIME BOOKING HUNTS WE HAVE NEVER BEEN SO BLESSED. THE REASON IS HIGH QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE, ON THE BEST GROUND IN THE MIDWEST.
Good hunting, Darrin Bradley, IMB Outfitters
